Filing a Supplemental Report

If you have something to add to your report (whether you filed it online or with an officer) it is quick & easy to file a supplemental report.

Follow these simple steps to use CORS to submit a supplemental police report:

• Select the incident type
• Click on “START REPORT”
• Select the report type (supplemental), then enter your original report number. If you filed with an officer, enter the officer’s last name.
• Enter additional information & submit your report
