There will be mandatory on-site inspections to acquaint the consultant with the properties and conditions for performance of the work on Tuesday, June 15, 2021. The walk through will begin at 9 am starting at 32 High Street and end at 16 Walnut Street.

What is a quit claim deed? A document by which a grantor conveys his or her present interest, if any, in a given parcel of real property to a grantee without representing, covenanting, or warranting that the title is good.
