Citizen CoNCERN/COMPLIMENT

The Auburn Police Department strives to build trust within our community and enhance the quality of life in Auburn. You can help us do that by sharing your feedback, compliments and complaints.

A citizen concern or complaint causes police to examine the service that we provide to our community and to make necessary improvements in the way that we provide services. Similarly, we also want to hear about it when we are doing something right!

Community policing depends on a strong working partnership between the police and the citizens we serve. We would rather not get to know our citizens as crime victims or as complainants. When problems arise, our goal is to resolve the issue quickly and courteously.

COMPLIMENTS

It means a lot to us to hear that we are doing well. Our Chief is very proud of our officers and staff, and he welcomes every opportunity to share a compliment or commendation.
