Home Improvement Programs

The Community Development Department has a number of programs to help property owners make needed repairs to their homes or apartment buildings. We offer low interest loans; rates are based on income and family size.     For license applications and renewals, please visit SmartGov to sign up.

    The following licenses can be applied for and renewed online using SmartGov:

    • Automobile Grave/Junk Yard
    • Flea Market/Craft Fair
    • Food Service Establishment
    • Itinerant Vendor
    • Lodging Establishment
    • Marijuana Establishment
    • Massage Establishment/Therapist
    • Pawnshop, Pawn Broker, Secondhand Dealer
    • Roller Skating Rink with Part or Full Kitchen
    • Special Amusement
    • Tattoo Artist
    • Taxi Cab Buisness
    • Home Occupation

    The following licenses are not available in SmartGov.  If your business requires one of these licenses, please contact our office: 

    • Motion picture theaters
    • Circuses/Traveling Amusement
    • Coin-op
    • Adult Amusement Device
    • Exhibition/Performance/Show
    • Outpatient Addiction Treatment Clinic
    • Pool Hall
    • Going-Out-Of-Business/Closeout Sales
    • Agricultural Barn Sales
    • Juke Box
    • All State liquor licenses, including catering permits
    • Beano/Bingo Games of Chance
    • DBA/Sole Proprietor Registration & Partnership Registration/Withdrawal
