A Message from Auburn Mayor Jason J. Levesque

I encourage all Auburn residents, businesses, and those who travel to and through Auburn to read the Governor’s latest Executive Order. Please, take the time to read and absorb it so you fully understand the changes we all need to make to our daily routine. Changes that need to happen right away.
It’s as simple as, “When in doubt, don’t go out.” Stay home, Auburn. Leave your home only when absolutely necessary, for example to purchase crucial supplies or to report to work at a state-identified essential business.
By working together and staying vigilant in the weeks to come, we can and will protect those in our community who are most vulnerable, as well as ourselves, our families and our neighbors.
I remind you to be aware of the strain that this situation puts on our emergency service providers, public works employees and all who work to ensure that our vital services continue uninterrupted. Our actions over the days and weeks ahead will help keep them operating at full capacity and further enhancing our safety and health.
I stand with Governor Mills and President Trump in their actions to-date, and I know that as a City, as a community, we will come out of this crisis stronger than ever and prepared to move forward. Like those who came before us, we will overcome adversity and continue to move Auburn forward.
“VESTIGIA NULLA RETROSUM. NO BACKWARD STEPS.”
