NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY

CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT

The City of Auburn is preparing its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership Programs.  The report provides information concerning various activities undertaken during the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 and compares the outcomes against the annual and 5-year goals of the Consolidated Plan.  The report will be submitted to HUD, Boston Field Office on December 2, 2019.

In accordance with HUD regulations at 24 CFR 91.105 a draft of the CAPER is made available for public examination and comment.  Citizens are given 30 days to forward comment which will then be included in the report.  The comment period will expire on December 1, 2019.  Interested persons may obtain the draft report by visiting http://www.auburnmaine.gov/pages/government/cdbg-planning or contacting the Community Development Office at 207-333-6601, ext. 1336 or by e-mail at zlenhert@auburnmaine.gov.  Comments may be submitted in writing to Zachary Lenhert, City of Auburn, 60 Court Street, Auburn, Maine, 04210.
