- Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
- For establishments selling food, you must upload a copy of your State food license. There are two State agencies that oversee licensing, depending upon your establishment:
- DACF (Quality Assurance & Regulations) licenses commercial food processors, wholesalers, and home food manufacturers for products like baked goods, canned goods, specialty foods, and pre-packaged foods that are shelf stable.
- DHHS (Health Inspection Program) licenses eating establishments (restaurants), mobile food vendors, and caterers producing food for immediate consumption.
- For establishments selling alcohol, you will also need to apply for State liquor licensing (BABLO); initial applications will be scheduled to go before the City Council for a public hearing; once approved, both the State liquor and City license will be issued.
- FOOD TRUCKS: Please apply as "FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT" and select "MOBILE VENDING UNIT".
- VENDORS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF AUBURN: Please enter "60 COURT ST, AUBURN ME 04210" where it asks for address/parcel.

Dog Licenses
- Online Dog Licensing Purchasing & Renewal Service - Opens October 15 and closes January 31.
- In-person dog licensing also available at Auburn Hall. $6.00 for altered; $11.00 for non-altered.
