CODE OF ORDINANCES CHAPTER 2. ARTICLE V. DIVISION 4.
The Planning Board administers the Land Use portion of the Comprehensive Plan. The Board reviews zoning issues and makes determinations as to the appropriate zoning for an area of the community as well as developing the text of the Zoning Ordinance which sets out the standards that citizens and developers must follow. The Board also reviews certain development projects which require “Special Exception” review as determined by the City’s Zoning Ordinance.
