• Do you have a background or knowledge in the fields of assessing, appraising, real estate or lending?
• Are you willing to attend one night of training through the Maine Association of Assessing Officers at no cost to you?
• Are you looking for an opportunity to serve your community?

If you’ve answered yes to these questions, then WE WANT YOU! The City of Auburn is now accepting applications for the Board of Assessment Review. We currently have 5 vacancies to fill. We are looking for two full members, both with term expirations of 10/01/2019, and three alternate members with term expirations of 10/01/2015, 10/01/2016, and 10/01/2017.

The deadline to submit applications to the City Clerk is 4:30 P.M. on Monday, June 15, 2015. Applications are available in the City Clerk’s office or by visiting our website at https://www.auburnmaine.gov/Pages/Government/Current-Vacancies.
