    • Personal Property: 9/15/2025 Interest Begins 9/16/2025
    • Real Estate: First payment due 9/15/2025; second payment due 3/16/2026 Interest begins 9/16/2025 on the first installment and 3/17/2026 on the second installment
  • Homestead Exemption Amount: $20,750 off assessment/$ in tax dollars

LICENSES, RENEWALS & REGISTRATIONS

RENEWALS of vehicles and trailers can be processed through Rapid Renewal OR please bring in the following paperwork for processing in the Tax Office: 

  • Previous registration
  • Proof of current insurance- vin number must be included
  • Current mileage
FIRST TIME REGISTRATIONS must be processed through the Tax Office.  Please bring in the following paperwork:
  • Dealer Sales: Blue title application, dealer invoice/bill of sale, proof of current insurance, window sticker (brand new vehicles)
  • Private Sales: Previous owner's title (vehicles 1995 & newer) signed by previous owner, bill of sale, proof of current insurance
