Strategic PLanNING Committee

Auburn is embarking on a Strategic Planning process that will support our Comprehensive Plan and help create a "road map" that will move our City forward.

Team Auburn is excited to collaborate with our amazing community to develop a Strategic Plan for our city which is focused on “One Vision. One Plan. One Voice.”

The Strategic Planning Committee will hold meetings focused upon three strategic focus areas: Growth, Quality, and Investment. We encourage every citizen and business owner to participate in this process by attending meetings whenever possible. Participation is key as we work toward making Auburn the best small city in the country!

The Strategic Planning Committee Vision:

Auburn will be a community that balances urban and rural living, with safe, sustainable, livable neighborhoods that are well-connected; a community to be proud of, with a vibrant workforce and resources that are preserved and protected; and a unique small city that offers quality education and bold economic, recreation and housing opportunities.
