Government  CORS - Animal Complaint

Welcome to the Auburn Maine Police Department Citizen Online Reporting System.

By utilizing this system, you will be able to file an online police report without waiting and print a copy of the temporary report for free.

ANIMAL COMPLAINTS

Do not use this system to report dog bites, rabid animals, etc. - please call 911 or 784-7331 (non-emergency line) for reporting these types of incidents.

Please be advised that Auburn's Animal Control Officer (ACO) does not handle complaints for deceased animals or for non-rabid "nuisance" wildlife - birds or animals.

You may use this system's "Street Conditions or Issues" Link to report a deceased animal; however your report will be e-mailed directly to the City of Auburn's Public Works Department. If you would like to make your request directly, please contact the Public Works Department, which is located at 296 Gracelawn Road. Their hours are Monday through Friday between 7:00 am - 4:30 pm. Their phone number is (207) 333-6670 and their FAX is (207) 782-4187. If you unable to reach Public Works, you may contact the Communications Center at 784-7331.

If you have a non-rabid "nuisance" wildlife problem, like unwanted raccoons, skunks, bats, squirrels, groundhogs, etc., please contact an appropriate resource such as:

Maine Animal Damage Control
Richard Burton, Animal Wildlife Control Agent
