Strategic Plan Sub-Committee Meeting

The Strategic Planning Growth Sub-Committee will:

Review recommendations from previous plans, studies and reports.
Identify City assets and liabilities
Develop a list of opportunities for change (focus on regional implications, sustainability and resiliency)
Identify clear objectives and strategies that support the vision for this committee
Develop actions to support each strategy
Present recommendations that prioritize the strategies
Suggest metrics that would allow measurement of progress

The Strategic Planning Quality Sub-Committee will:

Review recommendations from previous plans, studies and reports.
Identify City assets and liabilities
Review and add to list of opportunities for change from Growth Committee (focus on regional implications, community health, sustainability, and protection of natural, cultural and historic resources)
Identify clear objectives and strategies that support the vision for this committee
Develop actions to support each strategy
Present recommendations that prioritize the strategies
Suggest metrics that would allow measurement of progress
