Strategic Planning Sub-Committee Meeting

The Strategic Planning INVEST Sub-Committee will:

Review recommendations from previous plans, studies and reports.
Identify City assets and liabilities
Review and add to list of opportunities for change from Growth and Quality Committees (focus on regional implications, sustainability and fiscal impact to the City)
Identify clear objectives and potential funding strategies that support the vision for all three committees
Develop actions to support each strategy
Present recommendations that prioritize the strategies
Suggest metrics that would allow measurement of progress
