Notice of PUBLIC MEETING #2               

TO DISCUSS HOTEL ROAD ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION

Monday, March 18, 2019 AT 5:30 P.M.

IN THE COMMUNITY ROOM (206 - second floor)

LOCATED AT 60 COURT STREET, AUBURN MAINE

Please join the City of Auburn for a second public meeting to discuss the reconstruction of Hotel Road from the intersection of Lewiston Junction Road to the intersection of East Hardscrabble Road. Work will include roadway improvements with new pavement, gravels, drainage and curbing.

Representatives of the City of Auburn (City) will be present on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. to present the project, walk through any changes made since the initial public meeting (held on August 7, 2018), respond to questions raised during that meeting, and receive any additional comments or questions that were not addressed.

Accommodations will be made for persons with disabilities. Auxiliary aids will be provided upon advanced request.
