Have you been looking for our monthly sales report? We know that it has been a while since we have posted the real estate sales report. Due to needed system updates we have not been able to process the monthly sales. We expect to complete the updates shortly and will resume posting the sales report. In the meantime, the Assessing Office is pleased to present the following sales data:

The above graph shows 2 and a half years of single family sales. The 2017 data is for the first six months only. Multi family sales data is not included in the sample.
