Monthly Permit Report
Each month, the City’s Planning & Permitting Department publishes a report summarizing permits issued throughout the city. These reports include a range of permit types—such as residential (1 & 2 family homes), commercial, electrical, demolition, solar, sign, and other specialty permits—along with key details like estimated project costs, permit applicants, and fees collected. Together, these reports provide a snapshot of development activity and investment happening across the city.
