United New Auburn Association Meeting

Mayor to address "Neighborhood Community Involvement and Improvement"

This monthly meeting will feature guest speaker, Mayor Jonathan P. LaBonté.   Mayor LaBonté will be addressing the topic of "Neighborhood Community Involvement and Improvement." 

"A little over a decade ago, under the leadership of Mayor Lee Young and the City Council, a concerted effort was made to focus on public investments to support private investment in downtown Auburn," says Mayor LaBonté.  "Now, these efforts are extending to other neighborhoods and engaging residents and small businesses in how they can be involved.  This conversation will not only be an update on city efforts, but more importantly how the neighborhood can become more involved in the revitalization."

The United New Auburn Association meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, July 28 at 6:00 pm at Rolly's Diner in Auburn. This informational meeting is open to the public - all are welcome to attend.
