Winter Parking Ban - 02/18

In anticipation of yet another winter storm predicted to hit the area this evening, the City of Auburn is initiating a parking ban.
This winter parking ban will begin at 7:00pm on Tuesday, February 18. The ban will remain in effect until Wednesday, February 19 at 7:00am.

Please be reminded that this year marks the implementation of a new Business District Zone that is exempt from the parking ban 7:00am to 11:00pm. All vehicles parked in the Business District Zone must be removed by 11:00pm. Please refer to the Business District Zone Map.

The Auburn Police Department encourages all drivers to please be careful on the roads during the storm. Plan ahead and leave plenty of time to reach your destination. If you don’t have to go out, don’t. Even if you can drive well in the snow, not everyone else can. If you don’t have somewhere you have to be, stay home and watch the snow from indoors.
