The Auburn Public Library Presents "A Look at Fall Books"

  • September 14, 2012

The Auburn Public Library will present “A Look at Fall Books," September 21, 2012 from 3:00-5:30. Readers are invited to drop in to preview and discuss the exceptional lineup of books to be published this fall with library staff members.

With so many highly anticipated books on the fall schedule, the New York Times predicted a “literary traffic jam.” Auburn Public Library staff members Debra Erickson, Suzanne Sullivan and Marty Gagnon will offer reading suggestions from the best of recently published and upcoming books.   Readers are invited to bring their own to-read lists and recommendations to share. Fiction will be the focus from 3:00PM-4:00PM, with a look at nonfiction starting at 4:00PM. The afternoon will conclude with the “Trivia Triathlon," a test of literary trivia knowledge, at 5:00PM.

“A Look at Fall Books” is part of the library-wide book celebration “Fall into a Good Book.” For more information, please visit the library website at  www.auburnpubliclibrary.org.
