Presented by: Dave Griswold, LACFB Member; Pat Sirois, Executive Director, SFI Maine; and Andy Shultz, Outreach Forester, Maine Forest Service

This event is sponsored by the Lewiston-Auburn Community Forest Board as part of Maine Arbor Week. Highlights will include:

* A review of Best Management Practices, including harvest planning, Maine Natural Areas Program and control of water flow/erosion prevention

* The Maine Forest Service Landowner Satisfaction Survey

* A visit to the Pettengill Park & Sherwood Heights Woodlots to discuss potential application of the concepts
