September Sales are Posted

The 2015 Sales and Transfers list has been updated to include September. To access, please visit the Assessing Page - click on ‘Sales and Transfers’ in the left hand menu.

The list includes both sales and transfers. You will find fully executed sales as well as transfers with no consideration paid such as corrective deeds, family transfers, foreclosures and more. The list does not include any determination whether the sales are arms-length-transactions or not.

The list of sales and transfers was collected from State of Maine Transfer Tax Declarations. The Assessing Office regards the information to be correct, but cannot certify that the information is accurate. Any user of this data is responsible for their own verification of transfer terms and conditions.
