The goal of the Curb Appeal Program is to create attractive neighborhoods by encouraging private investment in Downtown, Union Street and New Auburn target areas. The program will offer a grant and low interest rate loan, and is available to both commercial and residential properties to improve the exterior of their buildings...more information.
