NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 8.13 of the City Charter, notice is hereby given that the Auburn City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 2, 2015, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Auburn Hall, 60 Court Street on a proposed order reallocating $350,000 of unspent proceeds from the City's 2013 General Obligation Bonds to finance additional costs for the repurposing of Ingersoll Arena.

Following the public hearing, the City Council expects to conduct the second reading and take final action on the order at the same March 16, 2015 meeting.

The order is available for inspection at the City Clerk’s office during regular business hours.
