Notice of Intent

Please take notice that the City of Auburn intends to file a Notice of Intent (“NOI”) (click here to view NOI) to comply with MS4 General Permit to the Maine Department of Environmental Protection on or about July 30, 2013, for stormwater discharges associated with the City’s municipal separate storm sewer system.  A Stormwater Program Management Plan will be filed by November 15, 2013, which will outline the City’s plan to meet the General Permit requirements.   The NOI and Stormwater Program Management Plan will be filed at the Augusta DEP office at:
