NOTICE: Storm Drain Testing

NOTICE: Our Public Services department is currently conducting dye testing within the City's storm drain system. As a result of this recent testing, we've received reports from residents that there appears to be a bright, neon green substance spilling into the river. Please DO NOT BE ALARMED, this substance is non-toxic and is essentially the food coloring that was used to test the storm drains.

We sincerely apologize for any alarm that this may have caused.
