Local Artists and Venues Needed for Art Walk 2018

The City of Auburn is teaming up with L/A Arts for Art Walk 2018, which will occur on the last Friday of each month, from May to September. Art Walk showcases a variety of local artists and their work, displaying the artwork in local businesses, typically along a designated walking route.

The City of Auburn is seeking Auburn artists and venues for the 2018 season. Commit to the whole Art Walk season, or just specific months. Venues and artists are encouraged to leave the artwork up for several weeks to help increase exposure.

“Art Walk is an extraordinary community event that supports local arts and culture,” said Auburn Recreation Director, Sabrina Best. “This collaboration brings new and current customers to local venues, while showcasing some amazing artwork. I encourage local businesses – and artists – to get involved with Art Walk 2018.”
