Downtown Auburn Form Based Code Public Session

The Wednesday, August 27th Public Session will feature a brief visual (technical) presentation on the formatting & production of Downtown Auburn’s Form-Based Code.  This meeting is open to the public and will be held at Auburn Hall in room 206 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm.

Also, we will be presenting the following for public review & comment:

• Conceptual Illustrative Plan showing Court Street, Turner Street, Great Falls Plaza, Hampshire Street & Spring Street;
• The New Auburn Transportation & Land Use Study (Urban Design section);
• Proposed Downtown Auburn Transect Pattern (T6, T5, T4);
• Proposed Street/Frontage Types for Main St., Court St., Turner St., Great Falls Plaza, Hampshire St., Spring St., Mill St., & Broad St.;
• 1st Draft Regulating Plan of the Downtown Auburn & New Auburn districts.
