Bid notice for demolition of 23 Broad Street

The City of Auburn has posted a new bid notice for the demolition of 23 Broad Street.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at 9:00AM at 60 Court Street, Auburn Maine in the Community Room located on the 2nd floor of Auburn Hall. Attendance is mandatory. After the conference, there will be a walk though the building. This will be the only time that contractors will be able to view the interior of the building. Contractors must sign in at the pre-bid meeting in order to submit a bid and to receive any addenda.

Please submit your proposal in a sealed envelope to the City of Auburn by 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2017.
