Get $50 in Auburn Farmers' Market "Market Bucks" to spend at our weekly market! 

As part of our Food Security program, the City of Auburn is offering “Market Bucks” to eligible households.  Market Bucks may be used at the Auburn Farmer’s Market (for food items only) and is intended to assist families experiencing food insecurity due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

If you qualify, you can pick up your market bucks right at the Auburn Farmers' Market! Simply complete the self-certification form and drop it off to staff at the Market, which is held each Wednesday on Main Street (near Festival Plaza) from 4:00 - 7:00PM. 

To qualify, you must:

  • Be an Auburn Resident
  • Be Income Eligible – Below 80% of median income
  • Complete the Self-Certification Form
  • Limited to one benefit per household

This program is funded through the recently enacted CARES Act, which provides additional CDBG funds to the City of Auburn. The Citizen’s Advisory Committee identified areas of need where CDBG funds could have the greatest impact to residents and small businesses, including food insecurity.
